Our Merlot is a jammy, elegantly textured wine crafted from luscious grapes found along Californias desirable Central Coast. The warm, sunny days and cool nights allow for a long growing season that makes for a full-bodied, yet smooth wine with ripe red fruit aromas and flavors. The grapes for this wine are cool fermented in a slow process to help retain aromas and fruit characteristics. The soft tannins and color are carefully extracted from the grapes before being pressed to reach the right level of dryness.
