A four-grain, high rye bourbon. The mash bill is 65% Corn, 22% Rye, the percentage Wheat and Barley is our secret. Copper column and copper pot-doubler distilled. Aged for a minimum of 4 years in virgin American oak barrels. Honey Syrup Top With Ginger Ale Instructions: Measure all ingredients except for ginger ale with a jigger and pour into a shaker. Add ice to the shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into glass over fresh ice. Top off with ginger ale. Stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
