Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Rock Hill Farms is another of Buffalo Trace’s fine single barrel bourbons, sharing a mash bill with Blanton’s, Elmer T. Lee, Ancient Age, and Hancock’s Reserve.

It is named for a stretch of farmland along the Kentucky River.

While nearly all of Buffalo Trace’s top-shelf premiums can be a little hard to find at the moment because it requires 8+ years of aging, meaning distillers must predict demand nearly a decade in advance.

Since 1999, bourbon consumption has surged over 130%, outpacing supply.

The Frankfort, Kentucky distillery has invested $1.2 billion in expansion, but aging bottlenecks keep shelves empty.
